  • With this service you can hire our SHRM-CP to manage your HR department without the overhead of hiring a full time director. This can be perfect for those organizations looking to fill a void. Whether this is temporary or a full time contract, we help your organization stay current and up to date.

    We are able to work with your HRIS or even help you establish one through resources such as PayCom or BambooHR. We will handle all your onboarding, selection, and performance management needs as well as conduct audits or exit interviews.

  • Through job analysis and strategic planning we can make training that works for your organization. Our objective is to incorporate classic principles of learning into all your training. This takes a look a the needs your organization have and plan accordingly. Below are the items and pricing we will provide your organization as needed:

    • Employee focused training manuals - $10/manual

    • Training workshops - $200/session

      • Sessions are 45 minutes up to 1 hour

    • Video training - $150/training video

    • Trainer focused training manuals - $15/manual

    • Training posters - $25/poster

    • Performance and needs analysis - $250 (required)

      • This is how we decide what training is needed. Once finished, we provided you with a report and training objectives.

    • Training evaluations - $5
